CONGRATULATIONS ADAM !!!!
LA Selects player Adam Reid was selected to join the US National 17 Under team for the 09-10 season.
Head Coach Igor Nikulin had this to say regarding Adam selection: " I have coached Adam since he was a Squirt player and i could not be more proud of him for realizing his goal of playing for the NTDP 17 U team. Adam was a pleasure to coach and i will always cherished the great memories we have had. I look forward following his career".
"Congratulations to Adam and his family for his selection among the best 93 players in the country, Adam and his family have been a pleasure to be associated with over the years, especially to Adam's mom Mary Hughes who has been a fantastic team manager since Adam first year Squirt with us. We wish Adam lots of success in his new venture with the national program " said CLub President James Gasseau.
Adam is following the foot steps of other former lahc players(1992 Birth year edition) who went on to make the NTDP program last year ... players such as Matt Nieto, Shane Sooth, Emerson Etem, Jason Zucker and Jake Fallon.

| LA SELECTS ACCEPTED IN THE TIER 1 ELITE LEAGUE |

The LA Selects are proud to announce being invited to join ranks with the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League.
The Selects U18AAA and U16AAA will be competing along side the top programs in the country who include: Detroit Compuware, Detroit Honeybaked, Detroit, Detroit Little Caesars, Detroit Victory Honda, Detroit Belle Tire, Cleveland Barons, Chicago Mission, Chicago Young Americans, Team Illinois, Chicago Fury, S2, Madison Capitals, Mahoning Valley, St. Louis Blues, Colorado Rampage, Jr. Kings, PF Changs, and Russell Stover,
Tier 1 Elite Hockey League/
The Tier 1 Elite Hockey League is dedicated to organizing high level competition as well as conducting showcase tournaments to promote AAA player prospects.
The LA Selects concluded the 2008-09 season with three teams finishing in the medal rounds at USA Hockey Nationals. The Selects 95s garnered top honors as National Champions with the 94 Bantam AAA and 96 Peewee AAA teams bringing home Bronze medals respectively. This should be an excellent fit for the organization.
